Returns

- Non-returnable items include gift cards, sale items, and opened personal care products.

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (wrong or defective items).
Exchanges
- If you want to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
- If the requested item is in stock, we will send a replacement.
- If the item is out of stock, we will issue a refund or store credit, depending on your preference.
